At ROLU Collections, our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each order goes through production and fulfillment before it is handed over to a shipping carrier.
Because fulfillment locations, products, destinations, and shipping services can vary, delivery times and shipping costs may differ depending on the items in your order and where you are located.
Made-to-Order Products
Most ROLU Collections products are made to order specifically for each customer.
Processing & Fulfillment Time
Orders generally take 2–5 business days to be produced and fulfilled before shipment.
Fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time. The day an order is placed does not count as the first fulfillment day, and weekends and holidays may affect processing times.
Some products or larger orders may require additional production time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our standard order cut-off time is:
6:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
Orders placed after the daily cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
After your order has completed fulfillment, it is handed over to a shipping carrier for delivery.
Transit times depend on your destination, the product ordered, the fulfillment location, and the shipping method available for your order.
As a general guide:

These are estimated delivery timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, seasonal demand, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
For most orders, your estimated delivery timeframe begins with the fulfillment period and continues through the applicable shipping transit period.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product(s) ordered and the delivery destination.
Shipping rates vary by product and destination. The exact shipping charge applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of £70 or more.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will be removed at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
ROLU Collections ships to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, European countries, and other international destinations where shipping is available.
Shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Some products or destinations may have shipping restrictions due to carrier, product, legal, or fulfillment limitations.
If shipping is not available to your selected destination, the available shipping options will be shown during checkout.
Multiple-Item Orders
When an order contains multiple products, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the products included.
Some products may be fulfilled from different locations or require separate shipments. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package, and items in the same order may not necessarily arrive at the same time.
The applicable shipping cost and available delivery option will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through Printful's fulfillment network using available third-party shipping carriers and services based on the destination, product, and shipping method.
The carrier used may therefore vary from one order to another.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where tracking is available.
You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs requirements and charges vary by country and are outside ROLU Collections' control.
Delivery Delays
Although we work to ensure orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible, delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
